The Service is an online service designed to allow You to communicate with Your medical care providers. We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week except for maintenance, upgrades or repairs, but You acknowledge that there may also be events which are beyond Our control, including failures of telecommunications lines, which may cause disruptions in Service.
